4th Annual Queens Rising Returns in June 2025

Queens Rising, the borough-wide multidisciplinary arts celebration, is back this June! Join us for Queens Rising–presented programs featuring live music, performances, exhibitions, and more—all showcasing the incredible talent of Queens. And best of all, it’s FREE!

Queens Art

Join us on Sunday, June 1 for a vibrant celebration of Queens arts and culture at Resorts World NYC! Start your evening at the Red Wall Gallery from 4 PM to 6 PM with the Opening Reception of the Queens Rising Visual Arts Exhibit—featuring dynamic works by local artists, artist meet-and-greets, and complimentary light bites and drinks to enhance your gallery experience. This special exhibition celebrates the creativity of Queens and will remain open to the public throughout the month of June. Then, keep the celebration going with live music at Bar 360 from 6 PM to 9 PM, featuring an electrifying performance by Union Beat. Don’t miss this festive kickoff to Queens Rising 2025—art, music, and community all in one unforgettable evening!

Get ready to dance the night away as Queens Rising brings the heat to Alewife Brewing in Sunnyside with an electrifying Salsa Night! Part of the Queens Scene performance series, this high-energy evening features live performances by Sunnyside Salsa, Rumba Cubana & Poesía, including Salsa en Vinilos, Conjunto Los Chachos, and powerhouse voices from the Nuyorican Poets Cafe.

Queens Rising returns to the award-winning Queens Night Market on Saturday, June 14! Enjoy global eats, live performances, family fun, and community vibes at this vibrant open-air festival in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Admission is free, and all food is $6 or less.

Queens Rising and Culture Pass present How to Fest? With Queens World Film Festival.

QWFF will present a highly interactive panel discussion that will feature Queens festival directors and international filmmakers who will answer questions and impart helpful advice on how to create your strongest submission, how to be a great festival participant, and how to remain connected to the festival after your screening.
